Attention: It is important to allow your fridge/freezer to stand for 3-4 hours before use to let the gas settle. Failure to do so may cause a break down and void your warranty.

Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, all orders include Free Next Day Delivery to mainland UK.
Orders outside mainland UK will incur additional delivery costs, which will be highlighted during checkout and are sent on a 2-5 day service. These areas are typically, but not limited to, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote areas; this will be highlighted during checkout.
All orders placed before 1:30 PM Mon-Fri are typically dispatched the same day, if the goods are in good stock. If we cannot fulfil your order from stock, we will contact you and discuss the estimated delivery time.
Mainland UK orders placed before 1:30 PM Mon-Thu will be sent on a next day service. Please note the delivery will be made on the next business day only, this excludes bank holidays and weekends.
