Where Is My Order

We aim to deliver all our our products as quickly possible; most items are dispatched same day and typically arrive the next working day, if the item is in stock.

If your item has not been delivered within 7 working days then please contact us on by using our Contact Us form and we will look in to the delivery further for you.

How Do I Return My Item To You?

If you're not 100% happy with your new fridge/freezer, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.

If you wish to return a product, it must be unused and in it's original condition (including packaging, instructions etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. The items must be returned within 14 working days of purchase and we will not be held responsible for any postage costs.

We cannot be held responsible for any returned items lost in the post, you are responsible for returning goods to us, we recommend sending the package by recorded or special delivery.

If you have received your order and there is any damage, this must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • The item has been personalised to your requirements
  • The items are clearance models

Once we have received the item from you we will give you a full refund within 28 working days. Minus any restocking fee.

I Have A Damaged Item What Shall I Do?

Our products are made to the highest standards and is very unlikely to be damaged. However, in the rare case there is damage to the item please thoroughly check the item and contact us straight away.

When contacting us please quote your order number and explain the damage. We strive to resolve all issues quickly and efficiently.

I Want To Cancel My Order

We're always sorry to hear of any cancellations. If you want to cancel your order please contact us within 14 days of your purchase.
