Is my order secure?
Yes, all orders are secured by an encrypted SSL certificate and we do not store any credit or debit card details..
When will my order be processed?
All orders are usually processed the same day, or next working day if placed after 3PM, weekend or a bank holiday. Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation via email. All orders include VAT.
When will my order be delivered?
All orders to mainland UK will be delivered on the next working day if placed before 3PM. Orders outside mainland UK will be delivered on a 3-5 day service.
Can I choose a delivery time?
We don't currently offer timed deliveries, all orders will be delivered between 5AM and 6PM.
Does someone need to be present to sign for the product on delivery?
Yes, a signature will be required and we recommend you check the item to ensure the product has arrived in good condition with no damages.
My order is damaged, what should I do?
If your order arrives damaged please visit the after sales care page, and fill in your order number and supporting images.
Do I need to let the fridge stand?
If it is a compressor fridge yes, Whenever a fridge has recently been moved it must be let to stand for 3-4 hours to let the gas settle. Failing to do so may cause a break down and void your warranty.
