If you're not 100% happy with your product, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
If you wish to return a product, it must be unused and in it's original condition (including packaging, instructions etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. The items must be returned within 14 working days of purchase and we will not be held responsible for any postage costs.
We cannot be held responsible for any returned items lost in the post, you are responsible for returning goods to us, we recommend sending the package by recorded or special delivery.
If you have received your order and there is any damage, this must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery.
